FERTIGATION
Fertigation is the process of injecting fertilizers and pest deterrents directly into your irrigation lines, delivering fertilizer and pest deterrents directly to your plants when you water.
Fertilizing in this way eliminates waste and maximizes fertilization benefits for your plants (because more of the fertilizer gets directly to the root system, rather than being dispersed across the entire landscape and because regular microdosing of fertilizer can be more effective than semi-regular topical treatment.) This also means that any pest deterrents will be emitted right at each emitter, ensuring that your plants are constantly protected.
We can quickly install a fertigation system into your existing irrigation system or build it into new systems from the ground up. With fertigation, you simply fill a reservoir with your fertilizer/pest deterrent and then it will automatically feed that mixture directly to your plants whenever your system is watering.
Other than refilling the fertigation tank once every 4-6 weeks, no further action is required. Installation typically takes less than one day. There are reservoir sizes to fit any property from a quarter acre residential plot to a multi-acre vineyard and everywhere in between.
